overview
Power system studies play a pivotal role in safeguarding your electrical infrastructure. As one of our core offerings, we conduct in-depth assessments of your electrical infrastructure, identifying issues, and providing bespoke strategies to optimise and future-proof your assets. This includes extensive data collection and analysis, simulations, and providing actionable recommendations.
EPS’s Chartered Electrical Engineers specialise in enhancing the reliability of electrical power distribution systems. We meticulously identify and resolve any vulnerabilities and non-conformity within your infrastructure that may cause unexpected downtime. Our expertise also extends to optimising load distribution and reducing wasted electricity. The safety of your personnel and electrical assets is our top priority. We work tirelessly to ensure a secure operational environment.

Power systems and power quality (PQ) engineering studies provide the capability to evaluate utility and customer system problems and mitigation techniques, distribution system planning and operations, distributed generation, energy conservation, energy conversion, and end-user power quality requirements. Our power system modeling and analysis capabilities provide the foundation for all other activities within this core area of PBE’s expertise. Primary activities include computer modeling and simulation and analysis for the evaluation of power systems harmonic and transient phenomena. Additional expertise includes traditional power system analysis functions, such as distribution planning, stability, short circuit, and load flow.
