The main objective of this project is to modernize the infrastructure and enhance service delivery by rehabilitating two crucial substations Kanengo and Old Town.

- Installation works for all HV outdoor equipment including Gantries.

- Installation of GIS Switchgears

- Installation of Control, Command, Protection, and SCADA System

- Participation in Testing and Commissioning
